By David Edwards Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney ruled to temporarily delay Rudy Giuliani’s testimony to a special grand jury. In a court hearing on Tuesday, McBurney heard arguments that Giuliani’s doctor had ordered him not to fly.
