According to a study carried out by NordVPN, the French spend a huge amount of time on the Internet: more than 56 hours per week. Numbers so high since we can consult the Internet on our smartphones, online work is more and more frequent and many media are diversifying and expanding on the Web.
More precisely, the French spend an average of 122 days per year, or 27 years, 7 months and 9 days on the Internet during their lifetime. It therefore represents a third of their life. This is more than the time spent sleeping, which is between 25 and 27 years old. They consult social networks on average 6 hours and 39 minutes per week, platforms such as Netflix, Disney+ or Amazon Prime 6h18 per week, 4h40 per week on YouTube and other similar sites. This is followed by music streaming, research and online games. In addition, some would spend 20:55 a week working online.
