Nintendo Switch players get new features for “Minecraft“ for free! What else is new we want to show you in this post.
The developers at Mojang Studios have that Minecraft Update 1.19.20 released. We show you what’s in this patch below in the patch notes from August 9th.
That “Minecraft update 2.46‘ can be downloaded now. In total you have to download and install 277 MB on the PS4.
Among other things, zombies can now break down doors when playing hard mode! There’s more, of course, like the new Switch features!

New properties:
- The updated Create New World screen has been added to Nintendo Switch
Changes:
- Added middle click support on iOS.
- Zombies now have a 10% chance of breaking down doors on Hard difficulty.
- Implemented new Marketplace error screen graphics and messages.
- Timeout when connecting to a multiplayer game has been reduced from 180 to 90 seconds
- The left D-Pad can now be held down again to move the cursor left in menus.
- Instant effects (potions, sharpened arrows) can no longer be applied to dead mobs and players.
- The music track “So Below” now plays in Basalt Deltas.
- The menu toggles have been redesigned to make it easier to distinguish between on and off states.
