Capcom launched the extension at the end of June Sunbreak of monster hunter rise, bringing its share of new content. As for the basic game, the success was quickly there and it will not stop there since the publisher intends to offer several free updates by the end of the year and even in 2023. premiere is precisely scheduled for the month of August and will be talked about again very soon.
This Update #1 will get a big spotlight next week, on Tuesday August 9 at 4 p.m., on the occasion of a digital-event which has just been teased, during which producer Ryōzō Tsujimoto and game director Yoshitake Suzuki will give us new details. We already know that the Selenite Nargacugaof which the gameplay has recently been shown, and the Vulcan Bazelgeuse will be added with this updateas well as Forbidden Tower in the play area. There are still other monsters to introduce and perhaps other surprises, we’ll see.
Update : The Update #1 will be available no later than tomorrow, Wednesday August 10, 2022, on both Switch and PC. In addition to the Selenite Nargacuga and some Vulcan Bazelgeusethese are the Silver Rathalos and the Golden Rathians that we will be able to fight, provided we have reached the Master Rank 10. They will be in an incandescent state and benefit from new movements for their arrival in Sunbreak. The materials they drop will be used to crafter armor with new talents.
Last appeared in 2013 in Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, the Selenite Nargacuga refracts the light of the moon on its dazzling white fur to become almost invisible, except for its piercing red eyes. Its relentless attacks and incredible speed make it a difficult target for even the most experienced hunters. This agile predator calls the new Forbidden Tower home, bounded by stone buildings and crumbling colonnades. As if an invisible enemy wasn’t enough, hunters must also be prepared for the Bazelgeuse Vulcan invites itself to the party with its incredibly volatile explosive scales. Known as an aerial threat with a tendency to arrive at the most inopportune times, the Bazelgeuse Vulcan provides constant pressure to any hunt. Finally, Gold Rathian and Silver Rathalos also appear in this update. These rare subspecies are even more ferocious than their original versions. Additionally, armor that can be crafted from the materials of monsters added in Version 11 will include new unique skills.
The other big part of this update concerns them Anomaly Quests related to Qurio of Malzeno. If until now they were limited to the difficulty A4 and at Master Rank 50, new 5-stars will appear. Again Afflicted Monsters such as the Lunagaron and theAlmudron Magma will be unlocked by performing of the Anomaly Investigations under random conditions (creature to fight, location, number of hunters) and at an increasingly higher level of difficulty.
L’Craft Qurieux will use the new materials that we will recover there to improve weapons (attack power, affinity…) and armor (defense, resistance, skill points…) in a random way. the Anomaly Research Laboratory will be used to exchange our resources obtained during the investigations with Bahari the scientist in order to obtain objects useful to theCraft Qurieux. Subsequently, each update will add ever more difficult content to these features.
Event quests will also be put online every week from August 18, as well as hunts called Double Threat. Finally, many DLCs can be obtained on theeShopone skin of fiorayne to get his appearance and a voice pack. The next update of the genre is otherwise scheduled for the end of September. You can also find visuals of the new products on the next page.
