Apple has released the first public beta of macOS Ventura to all Mac users interested in participating in the macOS 13 beta program.

macOS Ventura includes some new features such as the all-new Stage Manager multitasking capability, the addition of Weather and Clock apps, Continuity Camera allowing you to use your iPhone as a webcam, the ability to use HandOff with FaceTime, redesigned System Preferences (now called System Preferences ). settings) and more.

Beta system software contains many more bugs than stable versions of macOS, so it’s not recommended to install the macOS Ventura public beta on a mainstream Mac. Ideally, use an additional Mac that is not critical to beta testing the operating system.
