According to Roland Quandt, Samsung has released three versions of the Galaxy Watch5 series on its Belgian, Danish and Norwegian websites:

  • SM-R905F: Galaxy Watch5 40mm

  • SM-R915F: Galaxy Watch5 44mm

  • SM-R925F: Galaxy Watch5 Pro 45mm

It is worth mentioning that these models will change according to different configurations. For example, in the Galaxy Watch4 series, the Bluetooth version model ends with “0” (SM-R880). At the same time, this is also the first time that Samsung has changed the model number to “SM-R9”. Since Samsung released the Galaxy Watch in 2018, the watch model has always started with “SM-R8”.

However, 3D renderings of the Galaxy Watch5 series have been exposed before, and the renderings show that the Galaxy Watch5 will have three colors of white, black and gray. The Galaxy Watch5 Pro is available in black or gray titanium and will cancel the rotating bezel design. At the same time, the US FCC certification shows that the Galaxy Watch5 series has a charging power of 10W (2A / 5V), and the 40mm and 44mm versions of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 will be equipped with 276mAh and 397mAh batteries respectively, while the Watch 5 Pro will be equipped with a 572mAh battery.

In addition to the increase in battery capacity, the price of the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 series will also increase significantly. According to OnLeaks, the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 starts at about 2,125 yuan, and the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro starts at about 3,471 yuan. In terms of system, Samsung Galaxy Watch5 is expected to be equipped with Samsung One UI Watch 4.5 based on wearOS 3.5. Previously, @evleaks broke the news of a large number of screenshots of Samsung One UI Watch 4.5. The screenshots show that Galaxy Watch5 may support switching SIM cards when dialing.
