LUTO, a Spanish indie horror game, impresses in a new gameplay trailer. In the footsteps of the Silent Hills and Visage fire, the title should stick a hell of a scare to the players.
The Spanish studio Broken Bird Games made an appearance at the Future Games Show 2022. And their participation does not go unnoticed with a very promising trailer for horror fans.
LUTO terrifies us on video
In line with Silent Hills PT or the monumental Visage, LUTO will try to scare us and so far it seems to be heading in the right direction. What impresses, and puts a lot of pressure in the different extracts, is this physics of the sheets. We really have the feeling that this piece of fabric comes alive thanks to the movements of a real person. For an indie game, on a limited budget, it looks pretty strong on paper. We will walk the corridors of a house in which we would have no idea of going to venture.
LUTO is a first-person psychological horror narrative experience where you play as a person unable to leave their own home. Finding a way out will lead you down a series of paths that will test your senses. Explore the pain of losing a loved one, the horror of insecurity to the deepest darkness hidden behind anxiety and depression.
A release in 2022
With such themes, LUTO is very close to Visage… This horror game is expected for 2022 on PS5, PS4 and PC. On Xbox Series in the future? Nothing has been specified.
