PS5020-E20:

Enterprise-level, supports PCIe 4.0 x4, NVMe 1.4, the maximum flash memory capacity is 32TB (eight channels), and supports a series of enterprise-level features, but the details are temporarily unknown, only the fourth-generation LDPC is known.

PS5025-E25:

Support PCIe 4.0 x4, NVMe 1.4, external cache design,The maximum sequential read speed is 7.2GB/s, which is 200MB/s higher than the current E18At the same time, there are optimization upgrades in power management and heat dissipation.

PS5026-E26:

This is Phison’s first PCIe 5.0 SSD controller. It has been officially announced, and I have seen a lot of information and demonstrations. Now it has more detailed specifications.

TSMC 12nm process manufacturing, 16 x 16mm package, integrates two Arm Cortex-R5 cores, three proprietary IP CoX co-processing cores, with DDR4/LPDDR4 cache.

Supports PCIe 5.0 x4, NVMe 2.0, 5th Gen LDPC, AES-256, SHA-512, RSA-4096, TCG Opal 2.0.

8 flash memory channels,The maximum capacity is 32TB, the transmission channel rate is 2400MT/s, the sequential read and write speeds are up to 12GB/s, 11GB/s, and the random read and write speeds are up to 1500K IOPS and 2000K IOPS.
