Danish toy company Lego is suspending its commercial operations in Russia for an indeterminate period, a company spokeswoman told dpa on Tuesday. “I can confirm that the LEGO Group has decided to indefinitely cease commercial operations in Russia given the continued extensive disruption in the operating environment,” she said The move includes ending the partnership with franchisee Inventive Retail Group (IRG), which owns and operates 81 stores on the Lego’s behalf.
