On July 10, Rosalind Hobgood was about to take a nap around noon when a neighbor called and told her to look outside. She saw a white cow outside her window. Hobgood then went to her front door and saw three other cows grazing and defecating in her front yard. “I had one flowering plant this year and it was gone,” she said.
