Authorities have charged a 16-year-old driver with aggravated manslaughter and vehicular homicide after he was allegedly at the wheel in a Salem County crash that killed a fellow Schalick High School student in May. The driver, who was unlicensed and whose name has not been disclosed by police because he is a juvenile, was driving a Kia Optima on McKishen Road in Pittsgrove Township on May 3 when he failed to heed a stop sign at the intersection with Buck Road, according to State Police.
