For Fallout 76 (from 35.99€ at buy) a new extension was announced in 2021, now there is a specific release period. Expeditions: The Pitt then takes you back to Pittsburgh.

In 2018, Bethesda released a new spin-off in their popular franchise, Fallout 76, creating a direct fiasco. The game has been accompanied by a lot of criticism and various controversies to this day, and we also came to a clear result in our test: insufficient. Nevertheless, several DLCs have appeared since then and Expeditions: The Pitt is the next expansion on the agenda.

Fallout 76 expansion is coming very soon

The new update was already announced in 2021 and now there is a concrete timeframe in which it should be released. As announced at the Xbox and Bethesda joint showcase, fans will be able to head to Pittsburgh in September 2022.

For the first time ever, Fallout 76 players will be able to leave Appalachia and revisit the area they know from Fallout 3. The update will be free and replayable, with plenty of opportunities for XP, loot, and even Legendary items. In addition, further adjustments and optimizations are promised.

As it is on the German language Bethesda website means at least level 50 is recommended before you go to The Pitt, as the city is also called in the post-apocalypse. A story trailer has also been released, which you can check out below:
