In the many games pushed back to 2023 there have been quite a few titles, and STALKER 2 Heart of Chernobyl is part of. Indeed, the title of GSC Game World will therefore have to wait until next year before arriving on PC and Xbox Series X|S.

A chaotic development due to the war in Ukraine

And of course, this postponement is not at all trivial. Indeed, as we mentioned a few months ago, development had been suspended due to the war in Ukraine, which is still far from over. Subsequently, and after relocating to Prague, the developers were able to resume development in order to complete the game. But we suspect, all this led to the logical postponement of the title, which is therefore not really surprising in the end.

For once, and as shown in this image below broadcast during the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase, STALKER 2 Heart of Chernobyl will land well in 2023 in place of its initial release window, originally set for December 2022. Now all that remains is to know when the title will be released in 2023, although mid-2023 could be a possibility.

The bets are open in short, but note however that in the panoply of headlines to come, we can nevertheless note that Sommerville even Atomic Heartremains scheduled for 2022.

Let’s meet, then in 2023 without further detailsfor the output of STALKER 2 Heart of Chernobyl on PC and Xbox Series X|S.
