Bethesda shows off more of Starfield. Here is 15 minutes of gameplay from the upcoming game.

Bethesda has shown off a little more of its upcoming game Starfield and yesterday released a long clip that shows closer to a quarter of a gameplay from the space game. Starfield takes place in 2330 and a blog post writes Bethesda about the game:

“25 years in the making, Starfield introduces an entirely new frontier to explore — space. In 2330, you join Constellation, the last group of space explorers seeking rare artifacts throughout the galaxy. Venture through the stars and get to know a memorable cast of characters on a quest to answer humanity’s greatest question — what is out there? “

Starfield will be released for Xbox Series X | S and PC sometime next year.

Starfield is an upcoming action role-playing video game developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. The game was formally announced during Bethesda’s E3 Press Conference in 2018. The game is set in a space-themed world. It will be the first new intellectual property developed by Bethesda in over twenty-five years. The game is scheduled to be released in the first half of 2023 for Microsoft Windows and Xbox Series X / S.

Bethesda has decided to expand a bit and during tonight’s presentation, the company showed off the new game Starfield, which is being developed by the same gang that made the later Fallout and Elder Scrolls games. The game is being developed for the next generation of consoles and does not yet have a proper release date.

Bethesda postpones Starfield to 2023

Not entirely unexpected perhaps

Bethesda Softworks announced today that they will not release Starfield this year but will instead release in 2023. It was previously thought that this game would appear before the Christmas trade, but it is obviously no longer valid. The release of Arkane Studio’s vampire shooter Redfall has also been moved from 2022 to the first half of 2023. However, Bethesda promises that they will give us a proper overview of the game during the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase, which kicks off on June 12.
