Two men suspected in a string of burglaries in three Hudson County communities were arrested by Kearny police and drugs, cash and valuables were recovered, authorities said. Javier Ortega, 40, of Newark, and Severiano Ybert Perez, 42, of the Bronx, New York, were arrested on burglary, theft and conspiracy charges on June 30, Kearny Police Chief George King said.
