Two New Jersey men face federal charges in the shooting of a Newark taxi driver with a ghost gun during a robbery earlier this year, authorities said Tuesday. Naeem Jackson, 22, of East Orange, and Walter Williams-Lang, 20, of Elizabeth, are each charged with conspiracy, weapons offenses and with violating the Hobbs Act, which prohibits the use of violence affecting state or international commerce.
