A New Jersey lawmaker well-known for his disdain for speed and red-light cameras says he wants to protect Garden State residents from getting ticketed from other states for those violations. A bill introduced by state Sen. Declan O’Scanlon cleared a legislative committee Monday with bipartisan support and can now head to the full Senate for a vote.
