Search crews are looking for a 59-year-old woman who was swept away while swimming in the ocean off Island Beach State Park Monday evening. The U.S. Coast Guard was looking for the woman Tuesday morning along with the New Jersey State Police’s marine unit as well as State Park Police, authorities said. The woman was with her husband on the beach when she entered the water and began to struggle sometime before 10:30 p.m., according to Steve Lehmann, a Coast Guard spokesman.
