Ex-Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien did not testify live before the House Committee Investigating the January 6, 2021 riot on Monday as planned. Stepien’s wife went into labor, and the committee excused him from testifying during the live session. To fill in for his absence, a lawyer representing Stepien made a statement to the committee.
