The attorney for a man charged in the stabbing death of his neighbor in Vineland in 2020 plans to seek a change of venue for the trial. Zachary T. Latham, 20, was indicted last year on charges of second-degree reckless manslaughter, aggravated assault and weapons offenses in the May 4, 2020, brawl that ended in the stabbing death of William T. Durham Sr. Durham, 51, was a senior corrections officer at South Woods State Prison.
