The body of a swimmer who was swept away in the ocean off Island Beach State Park on Monday night has been recovered, officials said Tuesday. The 59-year-old woman was found around 11:05 a.m., according to spokesmen for the U.S. Coast Guard and the State Park Police. Her identity will be released later. The woman was at the beach with her husband near area A22 before going into the water alone at about 8:20 p.m., authorities said. She is thought to have been caught in a rip current.
