A 22-year-old New Jersey man shot a woman and assaulted a man during a fight at an apartment complex Tuesday morning in Gibbsboro, officials said. Cornell Ingalls, Jr. was arrested shortly after the altercation at Freedom Village on Independence Way, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office said Wednesday. The woman, who was shot in the left leg, was not a part of the original incident. She has been treated and released from an area hospital.
