A 28-year-old New Jersey man has been charged with desecration of human remains after a woman was found dead in a vehicle in Atlantic Highlands last week. Jordan J. Vilcatoma-Correjo, 28, of Edison was booked into the Monmouth County jail on Saturday and remained there Thursday morning, according to online jail records and a spokesman for the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
