Ghost of Tsushima continues to sell well, resulting in a new sales figure two years after launch. The activities in the game were also illuminated with numbers.
Ghost of Tsushima is celebrating its two-year anniversary, which prompted Sucker Punch Productions to release some stats for the past two years.
First, a new sales figure was revealed. According to this, “Ghost of Tsushima” has changed completely since its release on July 17, 2020 9.73 million sold.
Almost two million sales since the beginning of the year
It’s an impressive number on its own. But it also makes it clear that “Ghost of Tsuhima” is by no means on the sidelines. That backs up the fact that 1.73 million of these copies were sold between January and when the new sales figure was announced.
Last but not least, the Director’s Cut and the occasional price reductions from which the title in the PlayStation Store benefits were helpful. You can currently find Ghost of Tsushima on Amazon buy for around 30 euros.
“This weekend marks two years since the release of Ghost of Tsushima,” the Sucker Punch developers tweeted. We are overwhelmed by all the support the team has received since then. “And we are so thankful for each of you! Thank you to everyone who played and shared this journey with us.”
The company also said that over the two years, players took 78 million photos, petted 75.18 million foxes, and completed 91.4 million missions in the multiplayer game Ghost of Tsushima: Legends.
There were 998.5 million draws, 540.8 million duels and 94.76 million onsen visits. In addition, the players together spent 6437.4 years on horseback.
