After the June security update for Windows 7 to Windows 11 and the server versions, there may be problems with the WLAN hotspot function and the Internet connection.
If a device is connected via the WiFi hotspot function, the host device may lose connection to the Internet. Currently, the only thing that helps here is to disable the Wi-Fi hotspot function so that the host device (the device that has been activated as a hotspot) can access the Internet again. Microsoft is working on a solution and then wants to bring the patch with one of the next updates.
If there is any new information, we will update the article.
