By Richard Horgan Los Angeles (Knewz) — A simple rule of thumb courses through AARP’s new survey of payroll deductions: the smaller the employer, the less likely workers are to have access to a pension or retirement plan. For companies with 10 or fewer employees, the share of workers lacking these options is 78 percent. For companies with 10 to 24 employees, it’s 65 percent.
