Such a solution will legalize payments to white hat hackers who are looking for vulnerabilities in information systems. Now they can be prosecuted for this under Article 272 of the Criminal Code.
In February this year, the Ministry of Digital Development launched a cybersecurity center to protect government information systems from hacker attacks. It will collect and analyze data on ranking attacks according to the degree of danger and increase the effectiveness of countering them, as well as determine the affiliation of hackers to groups.
