By Richard Horgan Los Angeles (Knewz) — There are nine nuclear-armed states in the world, but only four currently deploy warheads. This is just one of the many interesting factoids to be found in the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute’s 2022 Yearbook. The Institute defines “deployed” warheads as not just those placed on missiles but also ones located on bases with operational forces.
