1-to-1 support via Ask PlayStation will end at the end of the month. Sony refers to various support options that are available, among other things, on the company’s official website.
Sony has announced that the Introduced in 2011 Ending 1-to-1 support on Twitter. Until the end of July, PlayStation players can use the Ask PlayStation Twitter account to contact support directly. As of August 1, 2022, this offer will no longer be available.
