A few days ago GIMP was released in version 2.10.32 (changelog). GIMP is now officially available as an app in the Microsoft Store.
Like the Win32 program, the app is free. This should make it harder for the free riders who put GIMP in the store as a paid app. From July, Microsoft wants to take tougher action here. We reported about it.
Whether you continue to use the normal program or the app from the store is up to you. In the meantime, each of you will have found the best method. The app can be installed on Windows 10 and Windows 11.
