Microsoft has provided an out of band update for Windows 10 19044, 19043 and 19042 for ARM only. KB 5016139 addresses the issue of ARM devices failing to sign in to Microsoft 365 or Azure Active Directory services.
The problem could occur after the KB5014699 (June security update) was installed. We reported about it here.
Microsoft itself writes: “Corrects a known issue that only affects Windows ARM-based devices that may prevent you from signing in with Azure Active Directory (AAD). Apps and services that use AAD for login, e.g. B. VPN connections, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook may also be affected.”
