IT House reported on July 21 that earlier this month, ROG launched the PG48UQ display, a 48-inch 4K 138Hz OLED screen, with a starting price of 12,999 yuan.

Now, the slightly smaller PG42UQ display is also on the shelves, with a 42-inch 4K 138Hz OLED screen, starting at 9999 yuan.

IT House learned that this monitor uses 41.5 inch SWIFT OLED screen, 3840×2160 resolution, up to 138Hz refresh rate, 98% DCI-P3 color gamut, contrast ratio 1500000:1, 0.1ms response time. Interfaces include HDMI 2.1, HDMI 2.0 and DP1.4.

Officially, the PG42UQ uses large custom heat sinks and a well-designed internal airflow layout to maximize heat exchange and bring better cooling performance. Lower temperatures allow OLEDs to achieve optimal performance while limiting burn-in. The powerful fanless system runs quieter and reduces distractions for a great viewing experience.
