Gas flows from Russia will likely only be at 30% of capacity when they come back online on Thursday, warns the head of Germany’s Federal Network Agency. Klaus Müller tweeted that the Nord Stream 1 pipeline will probably only carry the equivalent of 530 gigawatt hours when service resumes. Earlier in the day, officials had said they expected 800 gigawatt hours.
