A 45-year-old man was charged in a deadly shooting over the weekend in Freehold Borough, authorities said Tuesday. Efrain Cruz, Jr. faces a charge of reckless manslaughter in the shooting that happened around 8:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey.
