watchOS 9 beta 2 is finally here. A couple of weeks after the launch of the first seed of this upcoming Apple Watch operating system, Apple is releasing a new developer build to continue testing what’s next for the company’s watch. That’s all new with it.

Today’s build is 20R5307h. In a few weeks, Apple plans to release the first public beta so that more testers can try out the operating system before it is released to the general public this fall. watchOS 9 is the biggest Apple Watch software update in years.

Now that Apple Watch Series 3 is no longer supported, watchOS 9 will update the old watch faces and add four new ones. With these new faces, Apple is making them look better on larger displays. In addition, the company is adding QWERTY keyboard support for more languages ​​to the Apple Watch Series 7 and new QuickType technology with watchOS 9.

This update also brings a major upgrade to the Workout app with many new features for people who love to exercise. For runners, there are new types of workouts where they just need to turn the Digital Crown to see the many metrics available while running:

Apple is also improving the Sleep app in watchOS 9 to provide more sleep data. Plus, there’s a new Medications app to help you keep track of all the pills and vitamins you take every day.

Along with watchOS 9 beta 2, Apple is releasing iOS 16 beta 2, iPadOS 16 beta 2, macOS 13 Ventura beta 2, and tvOS 16 beta 2.
