Intel will release the Raptor Lake 13th-generation Core in the second half of the year, which is an iterative version of the 12th-generation Core. It will continue to use the Intel 7 process and continue the large and small core architecture. The large core architecture will be upgraded from Golden Cove to Raptor Lake, and will continue to be up to 8. Small core architecture Continue to Gracemont, up to 16, the core display architecture continues to Xe LP, and the interface continues to LGA1700.

But next year’s Meteor Lake 14th-generation Core will be different, with a new look.

Intel has also publicly confirmed that the 14th-generation Core will be introduced to the Intel 4 manufacturing process for the first time, which is the original 7nm, but Intel believes that it is equivalent to the industry’s 4nm, and for the first time uses a multi-chip integrated package, CPU, core display, input and output, etc. Independent, the manufacturing process is not the same.

According to the latest reports,The core architecture of the 14th generation Core will be upgraded, among which the large core architecture Redwood Cove and the small core architecture are upgraded to CrestmontI just don’t know if the number will increase, or if it continues at most 8+16.

The core display will be upgraded to the Xe LPG architecture, and the number of execution units will double from 96 to a maximum of 192while continuing to support DDR5 memory and PCIe 5.0 bus.

The interface is changed to LGA1851, with 800 series motherboard.

In the future, the Arrow Lake 15th-generation Core will be upgraded to the Intel 20A manufacturing process. The large and small core architectures are said to be codenamed Lion Cove and Skymont, with a maximum of 8 and 32 respectively. The Xe LPG core display is expected to increase to as many as 320. The interface remains unchanged from LGA1851.

Going forward, the Luna Lake 16th-generation Core is expected to upgrade the Intel 18A manufacturing process, and nothing else is known.

Going forward, the Panther Lake 17th-generation Core has also been planned.
