This is good news, although OW1 credits may lose value as a new Overwatch 2 virtual currency is introduced, and Blizzard says this will be the series’ “main” currency.
The situation is different with the loot boxes, which are not transferred. That’s not surprising, though, given that Overwatch 2 doesn’t feature any loot crates at all.
