Here is a clip where NASA tells a little more about the different types of wind conditions that prevail on Mars and how to study these.
The clip shows, among other things, whirlwinds photographed by NASA’s Mars rover Perserverance. Just like on Earth, there are different wind conditions depending on where on Mars you look. Among other things, we also get to check out how Mars dust has settled over NASA’s stationary Mars spacecraft InSight, which means that InSights will probably stop working soon. If it could blow a little more around InSigth, its solar panels could possibly be cleaned of dust and then maybe even the craft could have a slightly longer life.
The whole feature is worth checking out, but if you just want to check out the whirlwinds that Perseverance took in the Jezerocrat, you can jump to 2:10 in the clip above.
