Exploring the apartment resulted in an encounter with B-12 that was as touching as it was important. Approaching the slums, place of this fourth chapter of straynew social interactions seem to be waiting for our furry hero.
Find help
Approach the robot doing the housework. Your presence does not seem to be desired, and the alert is given. Still try to make your way through the alleys, although everyone closes their doors to you.
You finally face the Guardian. Thanks to B-12’s knowledge, you can now understand robots, and you learn that the villagers have mistaken you for a Zurk, the name of those famous creatures that swarm in the dark corners of the city.
Now that you’re accepted, show the postcard to the Guardian. This one makes fun of the Exterior and of the people who wished to join it, quite rightly called Exteriorists. Only one of them, Momo, is still in the slums.
Join the orange neon sign, shown by the Guardian, climbing onto the trash can and vents in front of you. You arrive near a robot which throws cans of paint at a colleague. Pass behind him and climb on the roofs history to arrive under the balcony of Momo.
Jump on the vents on the left and go through the window to reach your destination. Talk to Momo showing her the postcard. Annoyed, he confirms that his friends have left town after researching the Zurks and the Outside.
He leaves you a notebook that B-12 analyzes. The little drone encourages us to find the other notebooks. The Exteriorists respond to the names of Clémentine, Zbaltazar and Doc and their apartments are recognizable by the logo displaying a face on a blue background.
The notebooks are to be collected in the order you wish, knowing that each of the locations below leave from Momo.
Collect the notebooks
Clementine’s notebook
Clémentine’s apartment is the one indicated by B-12, directly opposite Momo’s window. Go through the roofs and take the pipe to reach the interior of the apartment. Go through the door with broken windows and then climb on Clémentine’s PC to collect her notebook.
Doc’s Notebook
Leaving Momo’s apartment, Doc’s apartment is on the right. Go through the roofs and sneak through the small cavity at the bottom of the door. Head to the back of the apartment where there are many stacks of books.
Jump over and examine the word on the bed. You get the keys to a safe and a clue to its location. Exit the room, go left, then right. Other stacks of books hide the trunk. Jump on the piles to make everything fall and open it. It contains Doc’s notebook.
Zbaltazar’s Notebook
Zbaltazar’s apartment is on the left, coming out of Momo’s. Drop down and go behind the pot receiver.
Climb the vents to reach the roof. Stop ventilation by removing the power supply and jump into the apartment. Jump on the two piles of cardboard near the sink. Starting from the second pile, a notebook falls out.
Pick it up then exit through the window after scratching the curtain.
Now that all the notebooks are gathered, go back to Momo. Show him all the notebooks, which will give him hope to find his friends.
He manages to repair the dysfunctional radio but he still has to install it on top of a tower present on the roofs, at the top of the city. Our little father is the most likely to succeed in this mission, and for good reason, the place is teeming with Zurks.
