By Ritika Jain The US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) on Friday in a 6:3 majority overturned its 50-year-old ruling in Roe v Wade – the landmark ruling that legalised abortion. The decision of the SCOTUS will prove to be a severe blow to women’s right over their bodily autonomy, allowing several states to introduce their own laws that regulate abortion.
