Ubisoft’s free-to-play sports game Roller Champions is said to be scrapped again soon.
At least that’s what journalist Jeff Grub claims in the new Xbox Era Podcast.
Roller Champions will probably not last long
“Roller Champions will be canceled after Season 3,” Grubb quoted a message from one of his sources as saying.
The game was announced in 2019, but Roller Champions, developed by Ubisoft Montreal, was not released until May 2022.
More news about Roller Champions:
According to Ubisoft’s latest annual report, Roller Champions is doing better than the previously discontinued battle royale Hyper Scape.
Most recently, Ubisoft announced that Ghost Recon Frontline, Splinter Cell VR and two other previously unknown games had been discontinued.
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora has also been postponed to the next fiscal year, so it will be released in April 2023 at the earliest.
