The company Starlink’s satellite-based Internet connection Starlink continues to expand and consider larger areas as more and more satellites become part of the service. It was in the middle of May that Starlink began to cover the southern parts of Sweden, more specifically up to the level of Halmstad, Växjö and the southern tip of Gotland.
Now the coverage has been extended so that it will now be possible to use Starlink up to the level of Karlstad, Örebro, Eskilstuna and Stockholm.
Yesterday, July 24th, another Falcon 9 rocket was also launched from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida with 53 more satellites. This was just two days after another launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California with 46 Starlink satellites. Yesterday’s launch was the 33rd launch of Starlink satellites in 2022.
