Several hundred people turned out to a demonstration in Munich on Saturday that was planned as a large-scale protest ahead of the G7 summit in Bavaria. There were between several hundred and 1,000 people at the Theresienwiese on Saturday, according to dpa reporters on site. Police have not given an official estimate but said they were preparing for a large turnout, given the fine weather.
