Dushulang Education passed the hearing of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and sold 458,800 personal tablets for students last year – yqqlm

June 25 news, recently,Dushulang Education Holdings Co., Ltd. was heard by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Dushulang Education was established in 1999. Its main business is to design, develop, manufacture and market intelligent learning equipment.Includes student personal tablets, smart classroom solutions, wearables and other products. Its revenue includes sales of student personal tablets, smart classroom solutions, wearable products, other products, and revenue from advertising and content licensing.

According to the prospectus, Dushulang Education’s revenue in 2019, 2020, and 2021 was 669.9 million yuan, 734 million yuan, and 813.2 million yuan, respectively; gross profit was 174 million yuan, 202 million yuan, and 169 million yuan, respectively; gross profit margins were 26.0%, 27.5% and 20.8%; the net profit was RMB 69.435 million, RMB 92.013 million and RMB 82.146 million respectively. As of May 2022, Dushulang Education’s average monthly active users in the past 12 months exceeded 1.4 million.

It is worth noting that student personal tablet is the main product category of Dushulang Education.Student personal tablet at Total shipments in 2019, 2020, and 2021 are 456,900, 484,600, and 458,800, respectively; brought revenue of 541.5 million yuan, 664.9 million yuan and 705 million yuan respectively, accounting for about 80.8%, 90.6% and 86.7% of total revenue.
