Since the official launch of Halo Infinite, players have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of online and local cooperative mode, in order to play the game with others. As for the online cooperative mode of the 343 Industries title, some people have already tried it and are still trying it, thanks to the beta, which began on July 15.
Unfortunately, this mode of Halo Infinite does not currently have a matchmaking option, nor will it offer one when it officially launches. Recently, an Xbox representative told reporters via email GamesRadar : “ Matchmaking will not be available for online co-op when it is released in final version. We encourage you to continue using Halo LFG and the new Discord voice call feature on Xbox to find players and form a party while you play the beta. “.
As a result, those who want to browse the Halo Infinite campaign together must now also have to invite their friends or find people to play with themselves in the future.
As a reminder, the beta of Halo Infinite’s online cooperative mode will end on August 11th. Local cooperation, in split screen, should arrive later, on the title.
