After many years of absence, it seems the time has finally come for us to find out what has become of Skull & Bones. And the appointment should arrive next month.
A late 2022 release for Skull & Bones?
Take out the mainsail and glide downwind, Ubisoft should therefore once again unveil its pirate game next month. At least that’s what journalist Tom Henderson says, adding that it should to arrive during the week of July 4, less than two weeks from now.
When we look at the previous scoops of the person concerned, it is very likely that this one is telling the truth once again. According to him, Ubisoft would have planned to present gameplay of the game, share new details about it, but above all to announce a release date. We recall in passing that Skull & Bones was evaluated in Brazil just a few days ago, a sign that the release is really not very far away.
Postponed several times, Skull & Bones has undoubtedly changed a lot since we tested it at E3 2018, and the big leak in April had already given us a lot of clues about it.
Reputation system, central hub with merchants, contracts, craft and other boat improvements were on the program for what was at the beginning just a huge naval battle. With the possibility of walking down to the Caribbean islands, Skull & Bones should convince a much wider audience. Release at the end of 2022? See you in early July to find out.
