Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has replaced a top military commander in eastern Ukraine following major territorial losses to Russia. In a decree, Zelensky dismissed Hryhoriy Halahan from the post and appointed Viktor Horenko in his place. Major General Halahan, 44, had led the special operation forces in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions since August 2020.
