Caroline Garcia of France fought back from a set down to defeat former US Open champion Bianca Andreescu on Saturday and seal the WTA grass-court title in Bad Homburg. The 28-year-old Garcia claimed her eighth career title 6-7 (5-7), 6-4, 6-4 against Andreescu in the tune-up for the grand slam at Wimbledon which begins Monday. Victory on first match point came in 2 hours 46 minutes. Canadian Andreescu entered the final with a walkover in the last four as her opponent Simona Halep withdrew with injury.
