Sweden and Finland have yet to take “concrete and sincere” steps to ease Turkish concerns before their proposed NATO accession, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan told NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg in a phone call on Saturday. Erdoğan’s remarks come less than a week before a NATO leaders’ summit in Madrid.
