Anker is one of the accessory manufacturers that has perhaps invested the most in GaN technology, or gallium nitride, which makes it possible to shrink chargers while still having the same power. Now they are on their third generation of these chargers and they call them GaNPrime.
The new chargers include chargers of 65, 100, 120 and 150 W. Of course, all are a little smaller and more efficient than previous generations. They also include new Power IQ 4.0 and ActiveShield 2.0 temperature management to prevent things from overheating. Together, that helps GaNPrime achieve about 1.6 percent higher AC-to-DC conversion efficiency than before.
At the moment it looks like we in the north will get Anker 737 (120 W) and 735 (65 W), these should cost 95 euros and 60 euros respectively. It remains to be seen if or when the rest of the Chargers will get here.
